For Spirito Libro by Davide Dicorato, Giga designed an interactive videogame presented during the launch event curated with Weronika Wolińska.
Pages became collectible objects, time became score, and reading unfolded
as a short, intense traversal between image, memory, and play.
Built in Unity, the game translated the book’s matter into a compact traversal: pages scattered as collectible objects, minutes tightening into a score. Low-poly environments and PS1-era texture grit kept everything slightly unstable—in a good way—like memory rendered in real time, with simple inputs and quick consequences.
The result was a compact, replayable experience: move through the level, collect pages, and finish before the timer runs out. Presented in a shared space, it gave the launch a simple structure for interaction—people could watch, take turns, compare scores, and connect the game’s fragments back to the book.
