Generative AI has shifted from an advantage to a non-negotiable across the spectrum of creative practices. We have engaged with this technology since its earliest stages—across both client work and self-initiated projects—approaching it with critical openness and a commitment to ongoing inquiry. For us, human creativity remains at the center of everything we do. AI is a tool to implement our thinking and intuition, never to replace them. It supports exploration, scales iteration and suggests new directions, always guided by human intent and judgment. In our studio, design emerges through a continuous dialogue between people and technology. Every outcome is shaped, refined, and ultimately owned through human thought and action. We embrace innovation to amplify talent, not overshadow it—ensuring that creativity remains human, expressive, and accountable. If you're navigating GenAI, looking for experience-based guidance, this workshop is for you.

WHAT IT IS

In this workshop, Giga will share its own approach to integrating GenAI within design processes — starting from the studio's case studies and moving into a hands-on exercise where participants experiment directly with GenAI tools for image-making. We will explore text-to-image engines through practical exercises covering daily image manipulation tasks, with a particular focus on consistency: generation, retouching, lighting, camera movements, image ratios and more. We will show you how these processes must work in dialogue with legacy design software and frameworks — and why that integration is essential to producing professional-grade imagery.

WHO IT IS FOR

Everybody is an image-maker today. Whether it's a holiday snapshot or a sketch for your next project, we all engage with imagery constantly. As a studio rooted in digital and technological practice, we want to open this up beyond our immediate sector — to every creative professional, curious mind, and visual thinker who wants to develop a real, practical literacy in AI.

Architects, Graphic Designers, Set Designers, Interior Designers, Illustrators, Photographers, Product Designers, Art Directors and Creators.
